Your health is your responsibility. The naturopath sets her schedule to allow each client ample time for a through visit. Unlike doctors, we are not regulated by time constraints and double-booking schedules, that fills waiting rooms for extended periods of time. To preserve the integrity of our system, we have no-refund policy. You must give us 24-hour notice if you wish to change your appointment. If you miss your appointment or do not give us 24-hour notice of rebooking, your credit card on file will be charged/cashier check cashed, for the cost of the visit (see services). All rebooked appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days from original booking or that paid appointment will be forfeited.
Payment for services is due at the time services are scheduled, including for products, supplements, and analysis. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash or cashier checks. We do not accept checks.
